Developed for owners and managers as well as counter staff, the Helios Certification Program is designed for equipping salons with the knowledge assets necessary for success. Helios University currently offers the following three levels of Certification:

Helios Certified Sales Professional
This certification is designed to equip your counter staff to operate Helios Point of Sale and related functions. This 60-90 minute online course series can effectively be used as a new employee orientation and is offered weekly for convenient scheduling.

Helios Certified Administrative Professional
This certification is designed to equip your management staff to administer Helios options and features. This course series is offered in a series of 7 one hour online courses over a two-week period and includes the Point of Sale training. Additionally, for new salons or salons new to using Helios, this can serve as a step-by-step interactive guide to installing and configuring Helios prior to opening. Courses are offered on a two-week rotation and can be attended repeatedly if desired.

Helios Certified Corporate Partner
This certification is designed for the distributor representative or value-added reseller. This comprehensive training program covers every aspect of configuring and using the Helios program, as well as advanced deployment and configuration skills, training techniques, and troubleshooting guidelines. Includes all skill sets covered in the Administrative Professional Certification. This certification prepares you for a career path offering Helios-related services to salon operators.
